INGREDIENTS :

230 grams melted butter ( 1 cup )
200 grams sugar ( 1 cup )
160 grams Light brown sugar ( 1 cup )
2 beaten eggs
300 grams Self rising flour ( 2 cups )
115 grams chopped pecans ( 1 cup )
2 teaspoons vanilla extract ( 9.8 ml )
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.spray a baking dish with canola oil and line with parchment paper
.in a mixing bowl add 230 grams melted butter, 200 grams sugar
.add 160 grams light brown sugar & whisk well
.add 2 beaten eggs & whisk Well
.add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract & whisk well
.sieve 300 grams self rising flour & 1/8 teaspoon salt
.whisk well
.add 115 grams chopped pecans & fold in
.place batter into baking dish
.Place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 40 to 50 minutes
