Oreo bark

If you love white chocolate and Oreos, then Oreo bark is perfect for you! With just 2 ingredients, Oreo bark is super easy to make too! To make Oreo bark you will need just white chocolate and Oreos( or the generic chocolate sandwich cookies with vanilla cream filling).

Directions: Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Break Oreos into pieces and scatter onto pan. Repeat until pan is filled with Oreo pieces. Dump chocolate into microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 min. Remove from microwave and stir. Return to microwave for 30 secs. Stir until smooth. Pour chocolate over the Oreo pieces. Spread chocolate over Oreos. Blend Oreos into the chocolate. Next spread out over the parchment paper. Refrigerate 30mins. Your Oreo bark is now ready to serve! Cut into pieces and serve or give as a gift! Enjoy!
