The Ability to Handle problems and provide resolutions that may require follow-up and/or escalation

Document issues, resolution and follow-up actions

High School Diploma

The Ability to Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat

Some Sales experience is a plus

Basic Knowledge of operating a computer and its functionalities

Friendly and Positive Personality

Some Clients may require you to have a Home Phone Line
