Putin arrives in Bishkek for Eurasian Economic Union summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in a Eurasian Economic Union summit, at which the leaders of member states are expected to discuss the gas market, and establish an intergovernmental council in the energy sphere.
