‘Nano, nono, I don’t know’: Biden speaks technology at chip plant

Joe Biden appeared to stumble over his words again while speaking about nanochips (or are they nonochips now?) at a site for a new computer chip plant in Arizona. Some were quick to react to his latest slip-up saying that probably president’s ‘3 nano chips are malfunctioning’.
