"Red and Black" oil painting demonstration, 12x12 oil on canvas abstract expressionist art

It is actually Prussian blue with a black in it so it is very black. I had a little bit different idea in my head when I went into this. I was more interested in the Red. I wanted to play the red “brighter” without adding white and getting pink. What I found is adding yellow lemon yellow which is a brighter color.
