INGREDIENTS :

1 puff pastry sheet
60 grams prosciutto slices ( 2.1 oz )
250 grams trimmed asparagus ( 8.8 oz )
150 grams grated cheddar ( 5.29 oz )
1 medium egg
1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning ( 5.5 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.28 grams )
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 grams )
1 teaspoon mustard ( 5 grams )
1 teaspoon lemon juice ( 4.9 ml )
1 tablespoon honey ( 20 grams )
1 tablespoon water ( 14.7 ml )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a bowl mix 150 grams grated cheddar, 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning & mix well
.in a bowl add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon mustard
.add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon water
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.place puff pastry sheet on baking tray lined with parchment paper & fork edges
.beat 1 egg & egg wash pastry sheet
.layer half of cheddar on pastry sheet
.layer trimmed asparagus on top of cheddar
.layer remaining cheese on top
.drizzle on dressing
.Place in preheated oven 200 c / 392 f for 20 to 25 minutes
.curl prosciutto slices and place on top, leave to sit for 5 to 10 minutes
