With 30,000 Full time workers
He tell a story of a pastor saying his father would die on the mission field
He saw a vision of His father coming home in a casket
Shortly after his father became deathly ill
His Mom took the word to the lord for CONFIRMATION
Come people we must get confirmations
His mother had a dream of his father coming come from the mission field in Pajamas
Which word from the lord is right?
His father came home a few weeks later in Pajamas
He opens up the book with this story to teach a valuable lesson
"Seek God directly for instruction and then get confirmation within the community.
He was discouraging using outside voices to discern God will individually or corporately

Practically speaking anyone can give a word from the lord about someone else's life
They are not going to take that as seriously because it doesn't affected them
They are also not going to be serious about hearing God accurately
But when you are seeking God directly you are taking it very serious

Right now many people are the body of Christ are dependent upon the Prophet to give them a word for their lives
This leaves people in spiritual infancy running around seeking the nest prophetic word
Its good for the prophets egos but bad for the body of Christ
MAIN POINT:
WE MUST PEOPLE TO LEARN TO HAVE A PRAYER RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND SEEK HIM DIRECTLY FOR WORDS AND NOT BE DEPENDENT UPON PROPHETS.
