Today I have another really exciting guest, Niraj Naik. This is the man that I wake up with every morning, but we just won't tell his wife that. Why do I wake up with him? Because the first thing I have to do when I wake in the morning is the Soma Breath work Morning Gratitude Meditation and this has transformed my life. Niraj got disillusioned with being a pharmacist because the job is very robotic. All you're doing is putting labels on boxes, and handing out pills. You have one or two minutes with a patient. The whole system is just a mess. It doesn't work at all because you are just working for drug companies.

Your job should be to inspire, educate, and motivate your patient to take action. You have two minutes with the patients, so in those two minutes, you have to give them inspiration and education and motivation to take action to do something with their health.
Niraj came up with the no-factory diet, instead of people having processed packaged meals or ingredients, he taught people a way to make their own versions of the meals they eat that are healthy and from scratch.
