Quick & Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Hat tip to my oldest daughter, Tori, for this simple, delicious Chicken Pot Pie recipe. She made it at her house one time when I was visiting and I fell in love! It is one of my favorite comfort foods. I hope you like it! Y'all go make you some!

Quick & Easy Chicken Pot Pie
2 uncooked deep dish pie crusts (you can find my Easiest Pie Crust EVER video on my channel!)
2 cooked & shredded chicken breasts OR 2 cans cooked chicken breast
1 (15 oz) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix everything in a bowl and pour into a pie crust. Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges. Cut a few slits in the top crust to vent. Place on a cookie sheet covered with foil and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a golden brown. Let cool on a raised cooling rack for about 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
