Guided Wim Hof Breathing, 4x40, Theta waves on holds

Dear friends, this is a guided breathing session consisting of 4 rounds by 40 breaths, with an on-screen timer and counter. You would need headphones/earphones to listen to this video while breathing. Its sound waves put different frequencies in the left and right ears, that causes the brain to get into a state of deep relaxation. The isochronic tones start from Alpha frequency during the first breath hold deepening (slowing down) to Theta more and more during the next retentions.
Retention time starts from 1:30 and increases by 30s every next breath hold.
