Luna is Adopted!

Luna has left the farm to start her new life with her new mum. Luna’s Mum lives by the beach and makes two trips a day to the beach which sounds like the perfect lifestyle for our water loving Luna.

Her mum is retired and will be able to spend all her days with Luna, she has an outdoor enclosed area for Luna when she pops out and even when Luna’s mum goes on holidays she has asked that Luna return to the farm for a holiday herself.

We could not be happier for Luna.

Now of course if it doesn’t work out for whatever reason, Luna has a place back here at the farm, but we are in full support of this adoption and really think it could be wonderful.

We will miss you Luna but boy are we over the moon happy for you. What a change in life for you. From deteriorating in a kennel situation and overlooked to becoming social again, discovering your new love of swimming, even dock diving … to now finally finding your home. All in a few weeks. What a joy it has been to be a part of that journey with you Luna. Thank you to Dee at Maitland Animal Care Facility for saving and believing in Luna. AND advocating for Luna to get her out of the kennel and into the farm.

P.S We’ve decided not to show Luna’s departure. We don’t want to create any additional and unnecessary pressure from comments. Let’s keep it positive and we will share any updates with you all that we receive.
