There is great power in your WORD. But how many fail to see that this is the foundation of our integrity and how we show up in creation. The universe is like a Kirtan ceremony. Call and response. It hears your words and responds as we create through our words.

Couple words with emotional content and you have serious power. In 2022 I gave my word to a friend that I would get into the water (ocean, rivers, lakes) for a year. Everyday I brave the elements in order to get into the water. I haven't stood in a shower for weeks. The ocean heals and bathes me. I pray every time I enter that domain with deep reverence, giving my words heartfelt power when I enter.

My whole foundation of life has shifted into a new level since doing this. My WORD IS LAW UNTO ME. BY BELIEVING IN THE STRENGTH OF MY OWN REALITY, I CREATE ALL THAT I WANT IN LIFE.
