Apple parts ways with former chief of design Jony Ive

Jony Ive & Apple are parting ways after working together for just about 30 years.
Ive was Apple’s chief design officer till 2019 when he started his own design company.
The pair then continued working together until now when it came time to renew their contract.
Apparently many Apple executives were questioning just how much the company was paying Mr. Ive.
As well as grew frustrated after several of their designers left Apple to join up with Ive’s company.
And well Jony also wanted the freedom to take on clients without needing Apple’s clearance.
