Ubisoft is taking away your games. Is a video I made about a year ago & well it’s happening again. Reddit has officially deleted everyone’s chat history. At least everything that has not been sent this year, so almost 18 years worth of chatting. Many Redditors are pretty furious as the didn’t know this was happening, because Reddit wasn’t super clear about it, mentioning it midway through a recent changelog post. Why is Reddit doing this? Well they seem to be moving to a different chatting infrastructure on their site. And if I had to speculate I’d say that moving 6 months worth of chat data to a new system is a lot faster and cheaper than moving over 18 years worth of data. If you still want your chat history, you need to go to your Reddit settings, click on data request and hopefully you’ll get your chats within 30 days. ASUS is experimenting with an RTX 4060 Ti that would come along with an m.2 slot. Now why would anybody want this? Well back in the day of hard drives and SATA SSDs even cheap motherboards would usually come with 6 SATA connectors. So you could connect up to 6 drives to your PC, whereas today you can usually only connect 2 NVME SSDs and then another one with like an adapter. And well the GPU slot will usually be a PCIe 16x connection whereas the GPUs often need only 8 of them so you could use the other 8 to connect 2 more NVME drives. And shockingly temperatures aren’t even an issue because the SSDs are getting cooled by the gigantic cooler. Which is a version of the OS that could be streamed to pretty much any device. It’s also already available but only for commercial customers. Obviously this makes a lot of sense for Microsoft because they could lock their users in another subscription model, like you could lock yourself into this channel by following this channel, which would be great for this channel.
