Speedy Taco Soup

Y'all...it's COLD outside! Tonight, we are having Taco Soup to warm us up! It is easy and makes a big pot so you have leftovers. Or, you can freeze some for later! Yum, yum! Y'all go make you some!

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
1 (1 oz) package ranch salad dressing mix
1 (1.25 oz) package taco seasoning mix
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 (15.5 oz) can drained whole kernel corn
1 (15.5 oz) cans red kidney beans
2 (15.5 oz) cans pinto beans
shredded cheese
sour cream
corn chips

Directions
Brown the ground beef and onions in a large pot or pan. You can cook it in a stockpot or add the browned beef and onions to a slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the sour cream and chips. Cook on low for 4 - 6 hours if using a slow cooker. Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour if cooking on the stovetop. Serve with corn chips and top with sour cream, & cheese. Just whatever you want! This freezes well, too!
