Beef Short Ribs| Quick Easy Delicious| Bring The Smoke

Today we are making beef short ribs. These are very common in most grocery stores and easy to come by. These are different from "Dino Ribs" or "Plate Ribs" as the are cut short and cut individually.

Recipe:
Season to taste with the following
Spicy brown mustard
Course kosher salt
16 mesh black pepper
Larwy's salt
Granulated garlic powder.

Smoke for 6-8 hours low and slow until they reach around 160F-170F
Wrap in aluminum foil with beef tallow and finish cooking at around 300F until they reach around 203F or probe tender.
let rest for at least 1 hour or until the come down to 150F the longer they take to come down to temp the better this will help break down more convective tissue.
