Apple Collects Less Data Than Google & Others
Here’s how much data Apple collects from you compared to other companies.
A new StockApps analysis examined the amount of data that 5 of the biggest tech companies collect from their users.
Google came in at first place with a score of 39, followed by Twitter, Amazon, Facebook & in last place Apple with only a score of 12.
This is supposedly because Apple says it’s not driven by ads, which is also changing as we can see with their recent behavior with implementation of ads throughout their apps.
However I’d be extremely interested to see how this study was conducted as Facebook itself came in 2nd place for the company that collects the least amount of data from you.
Which is just weird.
