While this week may have been shortened by the Thanksgiving Holiday, it didn't do anything to prevent some major stories from crossing the newswire. Sleep-off the Turkey hangover and let's get down to business!

Sam Bankman-Fried - another week of mainstream media puff pieces in favor of Mr. Bankman-Fried, despite the extremely strong evidence of serious wrongdoing. Oh yea, and SBF returned to Twitter to announce a speaking engagement next year, hosted by the New York Times... Oh yea, and a letter from certain congress members (to whom SBF donated money) was sent to the SEC complaining about investigations... Oh yea, and there's always more with this story...

Appellant & Amicus Briefs for Amber Heard - as I predicted last week, we saw amicus briefs filed on Wednesday in support of Amber Heard in her appeal of the judgment entered in Johnny Depp's favor. Let's review some of the more major points and some of the takes we've seen on social media in the aftermath of their filing.

Girardi Update - Erika Jayne turned over the wrong earrings to the bankruptcy trustee??? Questions remain - let's see where things stand at present.
