AB262 - allows California public health officer to enact martial law during an outbreak. An outbreak is 3 or more.
AB283- forced parents to either vaxxinate or be fined from their CALWORKS benefits even if their child is not in school
SB276- removes the relationship of Dr and patient, puts our children into a database and puts our children’s medical records in the hands of the state.
AB329 - sex Ed mandatory curriculum starting in pre k. Identifies 15 different genders, fisting, anal and oral sex.
AB499 allows for 12 year olds to make medical decisions for themselves and stops parents from having access to their medical records.

[4/21/22 Update] Summary:
The bill was amended in committee (on April 15) to remove the "promotion"
of misinformation or disinformation related to C-19 as unprofessional conduct
(however, it keeps that the "dissemination" of such material is unprofessional conduct).
Former bill language created a procedure by which the Board could judge these situations, including whether the licensee deviated from the applicable standard of care,
whether the licensee intended to mislead or acted with malicious intent, and whether the misinformation or disinformation was demonstrated to have resulted in an individual declining opportunities for treatment.
The current bill language requires the Board, prior to bringing an action, to consider simply whether the misinformation or disinformation resulted in harm to patient health. Key definitions are also provided.
