INGREDIENTS :

500 grams halved brussels sprouts ( 17.6 oz )
150 grams chopped bacon ( 5.3 oz )
50 grams grated parmesan ( 1.7 oz )
1/2 teaspoon salt ( optional ) ( 1.14 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
50 ml olive oil ( 1.7 fl oz )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a large mixing bowl add 500 grams halved brussels sprouts, 150 grams chopped bacon
.add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.drizzle with 50 ml olive oil & mix well
.place ingredients onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper & spread evenly
.Place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 20 to 30 minutes
.sprinkle 50 grams grated parmesan on sprouts
.Place back in oven for 5 to 7 minutes
