INGREDIENTS :
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup double cream
1/2 cup milk
500 ml chicken broth ( 2 1/8 cups )
3 tablespoons plain flour
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS :
.cook 2 chicken breasts in oven 180 c / 356 f for 30 minutes ( 15 on each side )
.once cooked cut chicken into thin slices
.in a pot on medium heat add 4 tablespoons butter
.once melted add 3 tablespoons plain flour & whisk well
.add 500 ml chicken broth & whisk well
.add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup double cream & whisk well
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & whisk well
.reduce to low to medium heat, add chicken & cook for 5 to 7 minutes
