Take your dry rice cakes and try this Chocolate Protein Rice Cake Bark 🫠

Recipe:
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 scoop Levels Unflavored Whey Protein
- 5 lightly salted rice cakes

Directions:
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave or use a double boiler, until completely smooth.
- Add creamy peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Crush and crumble the rice cakes into the chocolate peanut butter mixture.
- Transfer to a lined baking sheet or casserole dish, and push down until packed and evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Break into roughly shaped pieces and enjoy.
