This was planted in late July. These sweet potatoes were in the grow bag for around 3 months or 90 days. One issue with starting the sweet potatoes late is the longest day was June 21, 2022. After that day, the days begin getting shorter and the sun starts getting lower on the horizon. I'm ok with this small harvest of sweet potatoes. They have already cured for 2-3 weeks and I will have them for Thanksgiving with our family. I will be posting soon the sweet potato harvest from my brothers' house in VA very soon. And it exceeded my expectations.
