Johnny Grube using a plastic sled loaded with 110 lbs of dumbbells and a 100 lb heavy bag 220 lbs total backward dragging and a towel for gripping strength.

Dragged for about 100 yards total with small rest.

This is great for conditioning the thighs, grip and overall conditioning.

This was being dragged on a small incline which makes the resistance much harder.

Don't think these sleds move easily in the grass they don't.
