Serbia flooded as rivers swell

Swollen rivers in parts of Serbia have claimed the life of a two-year-old boy, according to local officials. Authorities in the southern Serbian region of Raska have proclaimed a state of emergency due to the heavy flooding. The army has been deployed to help the local population with evacuations, and deliveries of drinking water and food.
