This is a go to of mine especially if time is a factor grabbing to heavy dumbbells to do the Romanian dead liftIt is a great way to get some posterior chain work. Targeting glutes and hamstrings. I was super setting this with a goblet squat. This movement is really beneficial for training either strength or hypertrophy.
