Building strength after some setback with injury and no access to a facility with barbells. My head was out of position I need to focus on keeping my head in a neutral position.

Today after my lifting session, I went to Core Chiropractic to have spinal manipulation and HEIT treatment on my right shoulder.

This is a go to of mine especially if time is a factor grabbing to heavy dumbbells to do the Romanian dead liftIt is a great way to get some posterior chain work. Targeting glutes and hamstrings. I was super setting this with a goblet squat. This movement is really beneficial for training either strength or hypertrophy.
