The Best Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

How to make the best Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe tutorial! This Subway cookie recipe is super easy! With 9-ingredients and one bowl, these cookies are perfectly chewy with soft middles and a crunchy edge - Just like the cookies you find in Subway but maybe even better!

You will never need another soft chewy cookie recipe again. You can replace the chocolate chips with other ingredients such as white chocolate chips, M'n'M's, nuts etc

Ingredient list:-
115g Unsalted butter, melted
150g Light brown sugar
115g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
180g Plain flour
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp Salt
200g Chocolate chips

Tin size:-
Large flat cookie sheet

01:32 - Mix butter, granulated sugar and light brown sugar
01:54 - Add egg and Vanilla extract to the mix and whisk to soft peaks
02:06 - Sieve Flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt in to the mix
02:23 - Fold into the mix
02:40 - Add chocolate chips and fold into mix
02:44 - Stick the dough in the fridge for a minimum 30 minutes
03:07 - Remove your dough from the fridge
03:33 - Scoop your cookies on to the tray
04:55 - Let's bake those cookies
05:05 - Make those cookies round
05:58 - Let your cookies cool
