Vegetarian quick and easy breakfast omelette with green beans and cheese. So delicious and easy to make!

GREEN BEANS BREAKFAST OMELETTE RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
Green beans
1 slice of cheese
2 garlic cloves
Ground black pepper
Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Cut the green beans in small pieces. Slice the garlic.
On medium heat, add oil in a frying pan. When the oil is sizzling, add the
garlic and fry for 2 minutes, then add the beans and fry for 2 minutes.
Pour the egg mix over the beans and the cheese ripped in pieces.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side, the omelette should be a golden colour.
