I've never really stuck with an at-home yoga practice before, but for the sake of the Yoga with Adriene challenge (and this video) I practiced every day for 30 days. it was an amazing way to get my body moving and work on my strength & flexibility while in quarantine. stick through to the end to see the flexibility & strength before and after results!
