Learn how you can colour white granulated sugar in black colour or any other colour you like, to use for cake decorating or desserts decorating.

HOW TO COLOUR WHITE GRANULATED SUGAR BLACK?

INGREDIENTS:

Granulated sugar
Black food colouring liquid/powder/paste

DIRECTIONS:

The amount of sugar and food colouring depends on how much you need for the project you're using it for.
In a container, add the quantity of sugar you need, then add a few drops of black food colouring. Mix well and build up the colour if required by adding extra food colouring.
And that's it!

TIP: If you use liquid/paste food colouring, allow the sugar to dry after it's coloured. If you use powder food colouring, then the sugar can be used straight away.
