Ingredients for garaetteok (Korean Rice Cake) - 10 tbsp Tep. Rice - 3 tbsp Tep. Tapioca - 1 tsp salt - 3 tbsp Sesame Oil - Enough hot water HTC : 1. Mix all ingredients except water. Mix well, then add hot water slowly while continuing to stir with a wooden spoon. Let stand briefly until the dough is warm, then knead until it is easy to form. 2. Take some dough. The shape of the tteok is round and elongated as big as a finger with a length of 3 knuckles (5 cm, yeah) Repeat until the dough is finished. 3. Heat water in a saucepan, boil until cooked teok floats. Lift drain.
