I’ve been getting some calls about the net lease business I’ve been talking about recently. People want to know a little more about how it works and what I mean by a fund. So I figured I would clarify it here.

There are two parts:

1) The nature of the asset itself in terms of the lease guarantees and real estate ownership

2) We buy the net lease assets in a fund across multiple industries and locations
