Everyone's favorite weather man reporting from Sydney, Nova Scotia in Canada, Frankie MacDonald absolutely loses his mind as a prank caller pretending to be the manager of the A&W calls in to Chrissie Mayr's Wet Spot and asks him to stop loitering outside of the fast food chain restaurant.
