Easy Cheese Chicken

This is a super simple chicken recipe. Even picky kids love it! :-) I mean, what's not to love about chicken, cheese & butter?! When my kids were still home, we made steamed broccoli instead of the peas. My girls LOVED broccoli! It was so good pouring the butter sauce over it, too. Here is the recipe for the Cheese Chicken! Cheese Chicken
(two servings)
2 chicken breasts, thawed & not too thick
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
American cheese, sliced

Put butter in a baking dish and cover with the seasoned salt. Put into a cold oven and preheat to 350 F. When oven is heated, butter should be melted. Stir and dredge chicken in the butter. Bake for 20 minutes. Take out, flip chicken, and cover with cheese. Bake another 5 - 7 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve, adding some butter sauce on top.
