For this workout:

*Smith Machine Incline Bench Press- 4 sets of 10-12 Reps
*Cable Cross Over - 4 sets of 10-12 Reps (Last Set- 3 Level drop set/40 Reps)
*DB Flies - 4 sets of 10-12 Reps
*Machine Chest Press - 4 sets of 10-12 Reps
*Machine Peck Deck Fly - 4 sets of 10-12 Reps
