Light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Chinese 5 spice
tomato paste
cornflour/starch
Szechuan pepper corns
Shaoxing cooking wine
onion
bell pepper
spicy chilies
Chicken Thighs
unsalted peanuts
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
1 egg white
