This is my recipe for Spicy KUNG PAO CHICKEN recipe | step-by-step cooking.
A simple dish that is sweet, tangy and has a hit of heat from the chilli.
All you need is -

Light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Chinese 5 spice
tomato paste
cornflour/starch
Szechuan pepper corns
Shaoxing cooking wine
onion
bell pepper
spicy chilies
Chicken Thighs
unsalted peanuts
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
1 egg white
