Assembly Bill 2098 passed. It allows for Medical Censorship, possibly punishing Doctors. The bill calls for the state’s medical board to revoke the license of any physician who expresses an opinion “contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus to the standard of care.” This seems to go against the very nature of the scientific method of hypothesizing and letting the evidence decide not P.R.
