Mark Finchem suggests shared framework for election forensic audits

Mark Finchem, Arizona State Representative and candidate for Arizona Secretary of State, told Just the News, No Noise that election audits can be a big help in restoring faith in our elections, but right now, each state is operating with its own definition of what a forensic audit is and a shared framework would be better.
