Why Did I Travel to Oregon?

No sooner did I finish testing a possible solution to my shop power needs, than Doug Sewell with Sewell Motor Coach contacted me for some help. He purchased a 2019 Berkshire class A diesel motorhome from Beaver Coach Sales in Bend, Oregon. He asked if I could do an inspection before pciking it up to make sure that it was a good buy. While I wanted to help him, and travel to Oregon, I explained that I just did not have time for a nearly coast to coast road trip from Oregon to Kentucky. So unphased, he said dive it to my shop in Arizona and then we'll figure it out later. So, a day later, I was on a plane to Oregon to pick up this unit, because although I have not explored Oregon much, I was really intrigued to see Beaver Caoch Sales in Bend, OR. You see that is the original location of the Beaver Motor Home factory, where my RV, a 2001 Beaver Patriot Thunder, was made. While due to the rushed nature of the journey and a 6 hour flight delay, I was not able to explore as much as I had planned, I was still able to discover more about Beaver Motor Homes, and Bend, OR. But I think the most surprising thing was how impressed I was with the 2019 Berkshire after two days of traveling. The follow up walk thru video will be up as soon as possible.

Thanks for watching!
