Make Dinner with ONE Pan?!?!
Sausage and Butternut Squash One Pan Dinner
4 Sausages Diced or sliced (we used Applegate Spinach and Feta)
1 Butternut Squash, Diced
7 Large Carrots, sliced
8 Potatoes, diced
1/2 head of cauliflower, cut small
Onion (optional)
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and lay on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil liberally and toss
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
This one pan dinner will get you feeling the coziness of the Autumn season. And it makes it a great dinner to have ready to go for those busy schedules! We made ours on a busy day. It sat in the crock pot on warm for a few hours until we were ready for dinner. It. Was. Amazing.
