Emails: Trump Lawyers Saw Justice Thomas As ‘Key’ To Post-Election Plan

Newly obtained emails show one Trump lawyer wrote to John Eastman in December 2020 that persuading Justice Clarence Thomas might be “our only chance to get a favorable judicial opinion by Jan. 6, which might hold up the Georgia count in Congress.”
