Continuing with the home made burger experiment. Yesterdays burgers were OK but not amazing. These ones with the addition of bacon, less egg and thinner structure worked out much better.
Oddly I am not that in love with burgers and prefer Ribeyes and steaks but when money is tight then ground beef is more affordable.
