What You Need to Know About Vitamin D, Pregnancy, and Breastfeeding
When a baby is born, how can they be deficient in anything? 👶
Simple: their mother was.
Babies are commonly born with a Vitamin D deficiency, because their moms just aren't getting enough of this essential vitamin.
All this said to make sure everyone understands something very, very important: virtually nobody today has functional levels of Vitamin D. ❌
Could this be a reason that as Americans, our health is looking more and more dire?
I, personally, believe it is. 💯 💯 💯
I meet with my clients twice a week to talk about their concerns and go over some relevant topics about our health. This clip is from a recent session I held all about Vitamin D.
I think just about everyone can get something for it. Give it a watch! 📺
