Smoothie Ingredients:
1 whole beet
1-2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup pomegranate arils
1 cup frozen cherries
0.5-1 cup frozen mixed berries
1-2 oranges
handful frozen peaches
4 brazil nuts
3-5 macadamia nuts
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
12-16oz raw cow kefir
