Perfect Breakfast Tacos with BBQ Hot Links

These are some really great tacos! Breakfast tacos are already great but when you add the smokey hot link flavor into the mix they are amazing and super easy to make! Bonus, you are using up your leftovers. Got love that these days. Enjoy

Hot Links Breakfast Tacos (makes 4-6 tacos)

2 Spicy Hot Links or other BBQ sausages
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 medium sized potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
¼ cup diced onion
Salsa of your choice
4-6 Soft Taco Sized Flour tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Hot Sauce of your choice
