Very simple chocolate pear cake recipe!
It's time to feel like a pastry chef with this Chocolate Pear Cake recipe ! If you have a sweet-tooth, this one is clearly for you !!
Ingredients for Chocolate Pear Cake
- Butter 200g
- Brown sugar 160g
- Eggs 4
- Dark Chocolate 50g
- Flour 250g
- Yeast 1 bag
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cocoa powder 20g
- Milk 80ml
- Vanilla extract few drops
For the cake
1. Add 200g of sugar to 1 liter of water with a pinch of vanilla, and poach the pears for 10 minutes
2. In a Jar, put 200g of melted butter and 150g of brown sugar
3. Whip it well until you get a smooth texture and add the 4 eggs, 50g of melted chocolate
4. Sift 200g of flour, 20g of cocoa powder and the yeast
5. Add this to your mixture with 80ml of milk
6. Put a bit of the mixture in a baking pan, add the pears and then add more of the mixture
7. Put it in the oven at 180C for 50 minutes
For the sauce
1. Add 160ml of liquid cream and when its hot add 160g of chocolate (you can add a little bit of water to make it more liquid)
Once the cake is ready, pour the sauce on it... and bon appetit !!

- 1 sachet de levure
- Sel 1 pincée
- Poudre de cacao 20g
- Lait 80ml
- Extrait de vanille
Pour le gâteau
1. Ajoutez 200g de sucre dans 1 litre d'eau avec de l'extrait de vanille et pochez les poires pendant 10 minutes
2. Dans un bocal, mettez 200g de beurre fondu et 150g de cassonade
3. Fouettez bien jusqu'Ã ce que vous obteniez une texture lisse et ajoutez les 4 Å“ufs, ainsi que 50g de chocolat fondu
4. Tamisez 200g de farine, 20g de cacao en poudre et la levure
5. Ajoutez ceci à votre mélange avec 80 ml de lait
6. Mettez une partie de la pate dans un plat a gateau ajoutez les poires puis ajoutez le reste de la pate sur le dessus
7. Mettez-le au four à 180 ° C pendant 50 minutes
Pour la sauce
1. Ajoutez 160 ml de crème liquide et quand c'est chaud, ajoutez 160 g de chocolat (vous pouvez ajouter un peu d'eau pour le rendre plus liquide)
Une fois le gâteau prêt, versez la sauce sur le dessus ... et bon appétit !!
