The streets of London were packed by thousands of demonstrators for the ‘March of the Mummies’ protest against the cost of childcare in the UK, heading towards Parliament Square with banners that read ‘Don’t drown us for having children,’ and ‘Birthing the nation = Wage discrimination.’
