If you have anxiety, we recommend you:

- take a minimum of 10-15minutes of meditation each day.
- Exercises for a minimum of 30minutes each day. (Going to the fridge is not exercising)
- Find or participate in more relaxing hobbies.

Meditation is meant to help you focus your attention on one thing or nothing at all. It’s meant to help your mind become clear and calm.
